Thank you to the participants of the first Sunny Mike Mindfulness 5K.
We had a typical day of pre-Fall Rochester weather…a tad chilly with infrequent appearances by the sun. But the foliage was spectacular, and the venue provided a wonderfully peaceful setting for the trek.
