Sunny Mike Benefit Concert
It’s time to let a little sun in at Sunny Mike’s first ever benefit concert! Funds raised from the benefit concert will be directed toward the vital initiative, ensuring that veterans in need receive the support they deserve. We can’t wait to come together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of local veterans. This benefit concerts aims to establish the Irvan G. Conrad Emergency Relief Fund to support Air Force, Army, and Coast Guard veterans facing serious emergencies in the Finger Lakes Region.

Mindfulness 5K 2022
Thank you to the participants of the first Sunny Mike Mindfulness 5K. We had a typical day of pre-Fall Rochester weather…a tad chilly with infrequent appearances by the sun. But the foliage was spectacular, and the venue provided a wonderfully peaceful setting for the trek.
